Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our artisanal food products (chilli powder and spices), we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used packages to maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives completely damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the package.

Replacements: Once verified, we will happily send you a fresh replacement product.
